| Bruce opened the ceremonies. He appeared to be one happy man that weekend. As you know, if you've looked at my pages for the years past, I love this guy. He puts together the best blues fest each year for the last 3 years. My favorite part of his opening remarks was when he said the front area was for dancers and if a sitting person had a problem with that they just needed to move a little further back. I wish all the festivals would appreciate the movers and shakers of the crowd. | Beautiful setting for a show. No, I'm not being compensated by Miller Lite for showing their truck :) |

| Fiona Boyes and Bob Margolin and his band opened the show. Totally having fun from note one. Fiona rocks and Bob is the best co-guitar in the business. He used to play for Muddy and has played with almost everybody. That Chuck Cotton on the drums in the back and _____ (send me an email with his name) on bass. | Bob Margolin, Rich Delgrasso on Mandolin & Fiona Boyes jamming. Rich challenged the crowd before he played by asking who knew the mandolin was a blues instrument. Then he laid it all out how important it's been in the history of the blues. This was a way cool jam. |

| Fiona & Rich. He can play that mandolin. | Our friend Norma with her Wheela's newest blues fan. Can't remember the girls name. Let me know if you know. |

| Coco Montoya is great. He plays around locally and I'm going next time he comes by. | Norma's granddaughter, Dapheria, is not sure what to think about the guitar glasses. That's Susan in the glasses. She's there every year and is very nice. |
