Our favorite festival of 2005.
Best lineup, great setting, laid back scene. Wheeling, WV is beautiful.

Click pictures to enlarge. PANORAMA OF WHEELA! HOT Ana Popovic! Eric Bibb setting sun Click pictures to enlarge. Miriam loving John Lee Hooker Jr. He is great fun with a great band and voice! His guitarist rocks. AND... He's the man that put Wheela on the map. (Didn't exist till he made it up...All during his set he kept telling the citizens of Wheeling how much fun he was having in Wheela and how he was going to buy a house in Wheela. After his set, the organizer of the festival said he was going to petition the city to just go ahead and change the name to Wheela. I'm pretty sure John was clueless till then. Yeah!!! Go JLHJR! We love Wheela!) |
